On January 23, 2025 , KMRM Central Managing Committee has officially unveiled its planner for the year 2025. The release ceremony took place on Thursday at the Holy Family Co-Cathedral Kuwait City, following the Holy Qurbana.
Mr. Shaji Varghese Melekalayil, President of KMRM, presented the Programs Plan for 2025 to the KMRM Spiritual Director, Rev. Dr. Thomas Kanjiramukalil. The plan was formally released by Rev. Dr. Kanjiramukalil and handed over to the Central Managing Committee’s members for execution.
The comprehensive planner outlines key events and programs for 2025, including:
• Blessing ceremony for students preparing for 10th and 12th board exams.
• KMRM Foundation Day Holy Mass
• Holy Week celebrations
• Geevarghese Sahada Perunnal
• Malankara Bible Orientation Camp for Children
• First Holy Communion for Children.
• Ettu Nombu Perunnal
• 95th Syro Malankara Reunion Anniversary Celebration
• Vilovoltsav 2025
The Holy Mass was offered in remembrance of the Syro Malankara Catholic Church’s First Major Archbishop Catholicos, Moran Mar Cyril Mar Baselios and the former Metropolitan Archbishop of Thiruvalla Diocese, Joseph Mar Severios.
Following the Holy Mass, the oath-taking ceremony was held for the executive committees of KMRM’s affiliated organizations, including MCYM, FOM, and Baladeepam.
The event also marked the launch of the KMRM 2025 Membership Campaign. Mr. Geevarghese Thomas, KMRM Joint Treasurer (Membership and Funds), presented membership receipts to Rev. Dr. Thomas Kanjiramukalil, who distributed them to four senior members representing KMRM’s four areas.
A large number of KMRM members and their families participated in the Holy Mass and subsequent events, marking a spiritually uplifting and engaging start to the year.
