August 1, 2024, stands as a monumental day in the illustrious history of the Kuwait Malankara Rite Movement (KMRM). Today, with hearts full of profound love and deep gratitude, we bid a heartfelt farewell to our beloved Cor Episcopo, Rev. John Thundiyath. For the past five years, he has been a steadfast pillar in our community, sharing our joys and sorrows, and becoming an inseparable part of our extended family. His legendary presence, marked by a fatherly love and unwavering care for each member of KMRM, has left an indelible mark on our hearts. We are certain that his legacy will remain etched in our memories forever.

Simultaneously, we are immensely proud to announce that, following the directive from the head of the Malankara Catholic Church, Moran Mor Baselios Cardinal Cleemis Catholicos, Rev. John Thundiyath Cor Episcopo will be taking on the prestigious role of GCC coordinator, assuming his new office in Sharjah.

On behalf of all Malankarites in Kuwait, we extend our deepest wishes to him for unparalleled success in his new role. We fervently pray that the Almighty bestows upon him abundant blessings, empowering him to undertake even greater responsibilities within the Malankara Catholic Church.
